Issue: while joining the domain I’m getting the below error msg.

Check your IP address and try to ping the domain server. If all are well then open the network and sharing center.LAN properties then check the QoS Packet scheduler , client for Microsoft network and other application checkbox is checked or not if it is unchecked then check it. For reference please refer these figs. And again join the domain.
