Vicidial Server Administration

Here i am trying to write something about vicidial. i need your support and encourage so that i can help you guy's. kindly post your comments, suggestions and your problems on vicidial ill try my best to reply you ASAP.

What is vicidial?
Vicidial is complete call center suite where you can log in into web based application and take inbound, outbound call and even make manual calls. Vicidial can perform ACD,predictive dial and can do many functions as standard PBX as well. Best part is its a freeware and it coast you Rs 0.
isn't good thing? based on your requirement you can modify it. and it more flexible suite.


What accessories require to build the vicidial server?

1) E1/T1 Pri Card.
2) A server machine (configuration is mentioned below based on the requirement)
3) for communicating client to server Network.
4) Browser Firfox recommended.
5) A softphone zoiper recommended (x-lite, 3cx, etc)
