How to enable ICS in Windows...

Problem :- Please Let me know how to configure the ICS in windows system, so that i can share internet with my other systems which is connected to the LAN.

Solution:-

On the host computer

On the host computer, follow these steps to share the Internet connection:

1. 
2. Log on to the host computer as Administrator or as Owner.
3. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
4. Click Network and Internet Connections.
5. Click Network Connections.
6. Right-click the connection that you use to connect to the Internet. For example, you connect a modem to LAN1, right-click the connection.
7. Click Properties.
8. Click the Advanced tab.
9. Under Internet Connection Sharing, select the Allow other network users to connect through this computer's Internet connection check box.

1.       If your LAN1 IP is 192.168.1.2

2.       Then LAN2 IP would 192.168.0.1 or manually assign the IP with this range.

Go to the Client systems (Other systems which is connected to the same LAN)

1.       Manually configure the IP address 192.168.0.X Series and give the Default Gateway as 192.168.0.1
and check whether Internet is working or not in all other systems.
