Problem:- When i type CMD in RUN a black screen blink and disappear and nothing will open,.
Solution:- Go to the registry. Start --> RUN and type the command REGEDIT Press enter.
Go the the Hkey-Local-machine --> Software --> Microsoft-->Command processor.
In right pane you will find Autorun double click that value. In that data will be written as EXIT, clear that data and type (-) (hyphen).
Now close every thing Now run type cmd the command prompt should open ...
