System Restart Instead of Shutdown. OR Blue screen Error

Blue Screen Error

Problem:- Whenever i tried to shutdown Windows Operating System it's being re-started instead of shutting down. While restarting it displays Blue Screen Error as shown above.

Solution :- Check for the Newly installed Hardware or Software recently in your system?
Uninstall the recently added utility.

If it doesn't resolve the issue then just uninstall the graphic driver and re-install the same.
