How to reset Windows 7 Admin Password without any third party software?

Issue: - How to reset Win7 Admin Password without any third party software.

Ans:- First go to the TARGET system. Hard reset it. To see REPAIR option if first time it doesn’t shown then restart again, once you see the LAUNCH STARTUP REPAIR 

(RECOMMENDED) 

Press Enter.

It will take some time to load, and then cancel the startup repair.

Again it will process and it will take you next snap shot as mentioned below. 

Click on show Problem details and open the below file x:\windows\system32\en-US\erofflps.txt

It will open in notepad

Go to file and open à Brows your Windows Directory where your OS is installed.

In above drop down list select all files then brows Windows\system32\ Go to utilman OR utilman.exe Rename as utilman1 OR utilman1.exe

Then search CMD or CMD.EXE copy and paste on same location and then rename as utilman OR utilman.exe

That’s all just close all tabs which is open and click on finish the system will restart. This time boot the system, Normally.

Click on below shown Easy access button 

Command prompt will get open.

Type the command

“Net user” Without quote

Select the user to which user you wanted to reset the password

Type Command

“Net user zia *” without quote

Note: - Here my user name is Zia so I used zia you just rename it as per your username.

And then type the password which you want to set.

Again it will ask for conformation same password you have to provide.

Now log-in with new password.
